📋 Description

  • Create first impression and build pipeline for Account Executives
  • Follow up and qualify inbound requests and MQLs for scientific fit
  • Organize and prioritize sales leads in Salesforce and measure lead conversion
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify decision makers
  • Develop customized pitches for different target accounts and personas
  • Work with Account Executives on outbound prospecting including cold calling and emailing

🎯 Requirements

  • Undergrad degree in life sciences; postgrad welcomed
  • Recent grad or 1-2 years SDR/BDR experience; or strong life sciences interest
  • Passionate about Benchling’s mission to accelerate life sciences
  • Not afraid to cold call
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Driven to meet/exceed goals with a track record of achievement
