🎯 Requirements
- MS or PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotech, immunology, bioinformatics or related field
- 4+ years in a lab/R&D setting (antibody discovery/strain engineering)
- 2+ years in a lead or people manager role
- Software implementation experience, preferably SaaS
- Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives
- Based in or relocating to Zurich, Switzerland; travel up to 25%
