Bench Technician Associate

📋 Description

• Communicate with cross-functional teams on architecture, sensors, and compute
• Follow work instructions: tech papers, schematics, 2D/3D prints, cut sheets
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics
• Validate signal path, network functionality, configuration management across sites
• Work solo or in small teams to complete triage and engineering tasks
• Document configuration, diagnostics, triage events, and bench health

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and server rack installation
• HS diploma or GED with two years' experience; associate/bachelor preferred
• Able to create, modify, and install wiring systems and harnesses
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Travel up to 20% for trainings and team meetings
• Experience in a professional environment with safety and testing emphasis
• Strong interest in technology and software; adaptable to changes
• Ability to work in close quarters for extended periods
• Independent worker with minimal supervision
