📋 Description

  • Own Spanish LatAm customer relationships across lifecycle (launch to expansion)
  • Master Belvo's product and platform; be an expert resource
  • Guide customers to maximize value with Open Finance and payments solutions
  • Monitor long-term health of portfolios; identify risks via usage/satisfaction
  • Engage with Product/Engineering to prioritize feedback and inform roadmap
  • Develop account plans for key customers with cross-team support

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B client-facing roles (CS/AM/Sales/BD)
  • Hands-on payments, collections or direct debit experience
  • Able to manage multiple relationships with low-touch engagements
  • Enjoy structured processes and playbooks; improve them
  • Analytical and data-driven; monitor metrics and trends
  • Based in Mexico City; fluent Spanish; good English; hybrid role
