Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.

We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

At Belkins, we’re scaling fast and building world-class teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners confidently with senior leaders, and knows how to bring the right people on board at the right time.

This isn’t a role for someone who just “fills jobs.” You’ll be a strategic hiring partner, driving recruitment processes end-to-end, shaping hiring strategies (including where and how we hire), and helping build the future of Belkins as we grow globally.

As an Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse non-technical roles (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product).
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs, craft job profiles, and co-create best-fit hiring strategies and target locations.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple regions (Ukraine, South Africa, Europe, and beyond).
  • Run structured recruiter interviews and participate in culture interviews with department Heads, ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience and is the right fit for the business
  • Act as a trusted advisor - using market data and insights to guide decision-making on talent strategy.
  • Drive operational excellence in recruitment: reporting, ATS optimization (Lever), sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with the People team on cross-company hiring initiatives (internal mobility, employer branding, process improvements).
  • Effectively manage constant change across the the recruitment process through communication, advocacy and collaboration.
  • You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including in-house recruitment within service or product companies.
  • A strong background in hiring for non-technical functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product).
  • Experience recruiting across international markets (South Africa, Europe, LatAm, and the US are required).
  • A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining effective and focused while navigating constant change.
  • The ability to work autonomously — self-driven, organized, and accountable for your results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in influencing senior managers.
  • Experience acting as a strategic partner in defining hiring strategies and identifying market locations.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (we use one of the best on the market — Lever), sourcing tools, AI recruiting technologies, GSuite, and Notion.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and continuously improve recruitment performance.
  • Advanced English skills (both spoken and written).
  • Additional Information
