We're looking for a tech-savvy, operations-minded, and hands-on leader to own and scale the function responsible for our

email deliverability and outreach automations. This role sits at the intersection of performance, process, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our core email health metrics while building a proactive, accountable, and curious team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Email Deliverability department (8 people): hiring plans, interviews, onboarding, mentoring, personal development, and team performance.
  • Own and deliver department KPIs: smartly allocate projects across the team, monitor inbox health metrics, and ensure consistent execution.
  • Maintain high email deliverability by actively managing mailbox performance, analyzing key indicators, and driving initiatives aimed at consistently reducing spam rates and improve inbox placement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across internal outreach, client delivery, ABM campaigns, and stakeholder-specific email projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Delivery (SDR, AM, Research) teams to address deliverability issues and support goals like boosting response rates and appointment conversion.
  • Report regularly to the Head of Client Delivery Operations, covering team performance, frameworks, blockers, and improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process efficiency: analyze current workflows and implement changes that improve speed, consistency, and inbox placement results.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy: develop scalable approaches for maintaining deliverability and propose structural shifts to meet business goals.
  • Stay sharp: keep up with the latest tools, platforms, best practices, and industry updates - and encourage the same in your team.
  • You're Our Kind of Person If:

  • 3+ years in email infrastructure-related roles or B2B operations, tech, marketing.
  • Strong organizational and operational leadership skills — you’ve led people, built processes, and scaled performance before.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher — you’ll engage with global stakeholders and partners.
  • Understanding of email deliverability concepts (e.g., inbox placement, DNS, domain warm-up, spam triggers, etc.).
  • Ability to solve complex problems, test and iterate technical approaches, and lead projects to resolution.
  • Highly independent, reliable, and structured — able to prioritize without micromanagement.
  • Would Be a Plus:

  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more people.
  • Familiarity with Reply, Instantly, SmartLead, Folderly, People.co, or similar tools.
