Behavioral Technician Trainee, (Oahu), Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers to support the student.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan.
• Provide training and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Degree options: AA/BA or 48 credits incl Math 100 & English 100 or HS Diploma/GED with ParaPro.
• No prior experience required.
• Complete BAYADA RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam.
• Training includes BAYADA University courses and hands-on observation.
• RBT certification through BAYADA after training.
