📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Complete orientation and BCAT training.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to support treatment goals and families.
• Document session data to track progress toward goals.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Degree: Masters, Bachelor's, or high school equivalency.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings; Saturdays optional.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
