📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies per BCBA plans.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support the child.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
• Collaborative, family-centered approach and ability to work with families and clinicians.
