Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive routines.
• Document data and progress in EMR; coordinate with BCBA teams.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
• Travel within a 30-40 minute radius as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and supervisors.
• Ability to travel 30-40 minutes from client sites with reliable transportation.
