📋 Description

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services to children with autism.
  • Implement ABA programs using naturalistic, play-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, BCBA, and supervisors to support development.
  • Collect data to track goals and report progress to the BCBA.
  • Follow Cortica crisis protocols and maintain safety during sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
  • High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within 30–40 min radius.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with families and team.
