📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Use strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA model.
• Deliver ABA care in home, clinic, and community with families.
• Implement behavior strategies developed with BCBA.
• Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• EMR systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and supervisors.
• Able to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
