- Attend paid training and orientation
- Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in 1:1 and group settings
- Implement ABA strategies with BCBA guidance, including antecedent and reinforcement

- Document sessions and collect data; complete session notes
- Support assessments through preference assessments and data collection
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with children, preferably autism
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; relevant experience considered
- RBT or BCAT certification
- Available to work some days, late afternoons and evenings
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office; live within 17 miles of Irvine
