📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy as part of Cortica.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to design and deliver treatment goals.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Willing to obtain BCAT within 90 days of start.
• Education: High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s/master’s preferred.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Team player with families and supervisors.
