Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Implement behavior-analytic strategies and track progress with families and BCBA.
• Travel to client sites within a 30-40 minute radius with reliable transport.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA, ABA Supervisors, and other clinicians.
• Apply evidence-based practices to help families build skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s/master’s optional.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of starting.
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and supervisors.
