Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting
• Document session data to track treatment goals
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius as needed
• Join Cortica’s strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s/master’s degree preferred
• Travel between client sites within 30–40 minute radius
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong collaboration with families and supervisors
