📋 Description

  • Provide direct behavior therapy to children with autism (1:1 & group).
  • Implement BCBA-developed behavior-analytic strategies.
  • Collect data and document session notes; support assessments.
  • Work with families across home, school, clinic settings.
  • Follow crisis procedures and mandated reporting.
  • Physical duties: stand/walk, lift up to 40 lbs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with children, preferably autism.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience acceptable.
  • BCAT or BCBA, or willing to obtain BCAT within 45 days.
  • Available for late afternoons and evenings.
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
