📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Implement strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Document session data to track treatment goals and progress.
• Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s/master’s preferred.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office.
• Able to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Pass post-offer background check and motor vehicle report.
