📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Deliver evidence-based ABA strategies; follow crisis protocols.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 min radius.
• 2-week in-person orientation; fully paid training and BCAT review.
• Document session data to track progress and treatment goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with families.
• Willing to travel between client sites; 30–40 minute radius.
