📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Deliver ABA therapy using a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model.
• Partner with families and clinicians to support treatments.
• Participate in a comprehensive orientation and ongoing training.
• Follow crisis protocols and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites (30–40 min radius).
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High School or higher; bachelor’s or master’s preferred.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
