📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to support families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors for supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• High school or higher; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT within 90 days.
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
