Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Deliver ABA-based interventions to support individualized goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and clinicians to track progress.
• Document session data and progress toward treatment goals.
• Travel to client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transport.
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols and support families across home, school, community.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism is a plus.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree not strictly required.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• Strong communication with families and clinicians.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes radius.
• Experience with behavior analysis or BT roles preferred.
