Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA model with BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Use data to track progress and update treatment goals.
• Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Learn and apply evidence-based practices to benefit families and children.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Education: HS or equivalent; degree not strictly required.
• EMR systems and Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Part-time schedule options including 5-, 3-, or 2-day weeks; some Saturdays.
• Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
