📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Document session data to track progress toward treatment goals.
• Use evidence-based practices to drive meaningful progress for families.
• Develop individualized care plans with families and clinicians.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Education: High School or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
