Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to design and implement treatment plans.
• Implement positive behavior strategies and track progress using EMR data.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Travel to client sites within a 30-40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Work in a transdisciplinary team with BCBA, SLP, OT, and other specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel between client sites within 30-40 minutes.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
