📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavioral intervention for children with autism.
• Follow Cortica's strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model.
• Deliver ABA-based care across home, school, and community.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to set goals and track progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and join a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation for 30–40 minute radius between client sites.
• High School or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to apply ABA techniques and deliver 1:1 and group services.
