Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA/BCAT guidance.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors on home/school/clinic strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Adhere to Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• Part-time roles with flexible 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Post-offer background check and motor vehicle report required.
