📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA interventions.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to design care plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavior strategies toward goals.
• Travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism is a plus.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s/master’s preferred.
• Able to travel between client sites within 30-40 minutes.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong collaboration with families and supervisors.
