📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement BCBA-developed positive behavior strategies.
• Use evidence-based practices to support families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build support.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Travel between client sites within 30-40 minutes.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office.
