Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with guidance from BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to build individualized care plans.
• Document session data to track progress toward treatment goals.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• High school or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Transdisciplinary approach: collaborate with families and clinicians.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
