📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children.
• Use play-based ABA framework to deliver care.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to meet goals.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and reporting.
• Track progress with session notes and data.
• Support child development across home, school, and community.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism is a plus.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.
• Comfort traveling between client sites within 30-40 minutes.
• Familiar with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
