Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement ABA strategies per BCBA-approved plans.
• Use positive behavior supports and de-escalation; mentor BTs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to tailor care plans.
• Document session data to track progress toward goals.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Education: High School or equivalent; bachelor’s/master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clinicians.
