📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Deliver evidence-based ABA interventions and care plans.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support goals.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
• Record session data and track progress toward goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High school or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• EMR systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams.
