📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Use naturalistic, play-based ABA methods to support skill development.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA to design and deliver care.
• Participate in comprehensive orientation and BCAT exam prep.
• Follow Cortica's strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s/master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Post-offer background check and motor vehicle report required.
