📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services for children with autism.
• Use strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support the child.
• Travel to client sites within 30–40 minute radius; reliable transport.
• Document sessions and track progress; follow crisis protocols.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's/Master's degree required.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• Able to travel to client sites within 30–40 min radius; reliable transportation.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong collaboration with families and supervisors.
