Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Apply strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support growth.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track progress.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School or higher; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• EMR systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to travel 30-40 minutes between client sites.
• In-person role; not remote.
