  • Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopment differences.
  • Implement naturalistic, play-based ABA strategies to support development and communication.

  • Collect progress data and document treatment outcomes to inform goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including BCAT certification prep.
  • Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and maintain a supportive, client-centered environment.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience working with children (experience with autism a plus)
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date
  • High School or equivalent; Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Ability to travel between client sites within 30โ€“40 minute radius with reliable transportation
  • Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to ongoing professional development
