Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision and families.
• Track progress and document data on treatment goals.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus
• High School or higher; bachelor's or master's preferred
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Familiar with EMR systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborative, transdisciplinary approach with families
