Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Design and deliver life-changing care in collaboration with Cortica's team.
• Participate in a comprehensive 3-week in-person orientation with hands-on training.
• Support families by promoting a positive, supportive home and school environment.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, de-escalation strategies, and mandated reporting when needed.
• Grow a purpose-driven career in pediatric behavioral health.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and supervisors.
