📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Apply a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track progress and goals.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• High School or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clinicians.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
