Behavioral Health Therapist (Part-Time, MA License)

📋 Description

• Provide integrated behavioral health care with primary and specialty care teams.
• Maintain a caseload; 30–45 minute therapy sessions for Galileo patients.
• Work with diverse patient populations and foster inclusivity.
• Collaborate with the team to solve patient problems efficiently.
• Compensation: hourly rate up to $120k/year, prorated for part-time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years teletherapy (text/video/phone) with data integration.
• Trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT.
• Comfortable with safety planning for high-risk situations.
• Licensed and credentialed to treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma.
• Active MA license; LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent; additional licenses a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency a bonus.
