Behavioral Health Therapist (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Part-time role up to 16 hours/week in a digital-first primary care setting.
• Provide integrated behavioral health care within a team of primary and specialty providers.
• Maintain a caseload with 30–45 minute therapy sessions for Galileo patients in licensure state.
• Work with a diverse patient population and foster an inclusive culture.
• Solve patient problems efficiently through resourcefulness and collaboration.
• Compensation: $50-55/hour.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years teletherapy experience with tech integration
• CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT or equivalent approaches
• Comfort with safety planning for high-risk clients
• Licensed/credentialed for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma
• Active licenses: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or PhD/PsyD
• Active OR license is required
• Bonus: Spanish language proficiency in medical settings
