- Develop and lead at least one 1-hour therapeutic group or health workshop daily.
- Serve as clinical liaison for warm hand-offs and rapid consults.
π― Requirements
- BBS pre-licensed associate (AMFT/ASW/APCC) preferred; SUD Counselor accepted.
- Two years' experience in therapeutic case management and counseling for high-risk communities.
- Knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
- Ability to develop and facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
- Strong knowledge of substance use treatment, overdose prevention, contingency management, MOUD.
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative, integrated team with barbers and peer specialists.
