📋 Description

• Clinical leadership and supervision of BHCM team.
• Balance patient care with QA and cross-functional work.
• Oversee onboarding and training of BHCMs.
• Monitor CoCM metrics and workflow adherence.
• Partner with leadership on quality initiatives.
• Support patient care coordination and caseload management.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters in social work or related behavioral health degree.
• Specialized training in brief psychosocial interventions.
• 4-6 years in behavioral health, integrated care, or care management.
• 1-2 years of clinical supervision or team leadership.
• Licenses: LMHC/ LMFT/ LCSW/ Psychologist.
• Experience with virtual delivery care models.
