- Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams; respect values and beliefs
- Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers to support students
- Document interventions and progress towards goals
- Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
- Provide training and instruction to help students acquire and meet goals
🎯 Requirements
- RBT cert or pursuing certification (paid by BAYADA)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus, not required
- AA/BA or 48 credits including Math100 & English100 or ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA assistance)
