Behavior Technician Trainee (RBT Academy)

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients following the treatment plan.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per the client behavior plan.
• Provide training to help clients acquire and maintain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• No experience required.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam to become an RBT.
