Work directly with clients per treatment plan
Establish relationships with clients, families, and preschool staff
Implement behavior therapy techniques
Document interventions and progress toward goals
Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Have a High School Diploma or GED
No experience necessary
Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam
