Behavior Technician Trainee (BTT)

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients following the treatment plan to acquire skills and reduce behaviors.
• Establish supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately and timely.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior support plan.
• Review data with supervisors to guide program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1yr experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• 1yr commitment to BAYADA as an RBT once certified.
