📋 Description

• Work with individuals with Autism and IDD to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Increase functional skills and foster independence.
• Care in clinic, home, and community environments.
• Follow established treatment plans with clients.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals; collect data.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam.
