Work directly with students in the classroom, following the service plan.
Establish relationships with clients and school teams.
Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
Document interventions and progress toward goals.
Collect behavior data per client behavior plan.
Compensation: $15/hour during training; $25/hour after RBT; weekly pay; flexible scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 & English 100.
HS Diploma/GED with ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA assistance available).
No experience required.
Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam to become an RBT.
